These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Reading Between the Wines mobile application (“the App”), operated by Richard Lee (“I”, “me”, or “my”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 17 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You may upload a profile picture and provide your name. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but you grant me a limited license to display that content within the App for the purpose of operating the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not infringe on the rights of others.
I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to other users or the App.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting me at leerw4@gmail.com.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. I do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. My total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the App (which, if the App is free, is $0).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where I am located.
I may update these Terms from time to time. If I make material changes, I will notify you via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
